The Chef: Jacques Kunz, a Prue Leith graduate, is the ambitious young chef who endures the rages of the owner & the impatience of the clients! Our own superman slaves over the hot stove conjuring up traditional as well as replica watches unique
personal treats for us.

The Owner: The conductor of this orchestra; L’épis Doré Bistro is Rob Noonan assisted by his lovely wife Lyn. He is the focal point of the opera;  the middleman between the chef & the clients.
